I’m back with a follow up video in my New Homes vs. Foreclosure’s series and this time I am focusing specifically on property taxes. As Realtors and lenders, we often forget that a property without a home owner’s exemption can be significantly more per month then a property with one. But its not just that which we forget, we some times fail to realize that we could be looking at an entirely different price point all together when comparing a home with a tax exemption to a home without.
